Somerset all-rounder Ben Green is set to rejoin Leicestershire CCC on loan for the remainder of their Vitality County Championship Division Two campaign.
Despite this move, the 26-year-old will remain available for Somerset’s white-ball matches, ensuring his involvement across formats.
Green has already made an impact at Leicestershire with two loan stints earlier this season. Somerset’s Director of Cricket, Andy Hurry, emphasised the importance of competitive cricket for players on the fringes of the First XI.
